GRAVETTE, AR – Ozarks Community Hospital of Gravette is expanding services to encompass a swing bed program, sleep lab, clinic specialists and additional nurse practitioners this year due to high volume in several service areas.
Ozarks Community Hospital of Gravette continues to gain patient volume in ancillary services, including the addition of an MRI last year. Our swing bed program will provide an extended care option to individuals who no longer need to be in an acute hospital setting, but are not able to care for themselves at home. We added two cardiologists, one orthopedic surgeon, and an ENT to our Gravette clinic to see patients on a monthly basis. And we are in the process of recruiting additional nurse practitioners to assist with the high primary care patient volume at the clinic.
Another change we made today is merging our medical inpatient unit with our Resolutions, a behavioral health unit. Due to this organizational change and minimal downsizing, our behavioral health patients will now be seen on the third floor for inpatient services.
OCH is proud to serve the northwest Arkansas region and looks forward to meeting patient needs for many years to come. For more information please visit www.OCHonline.com.
