Under direction of the Laboratory Manager, the Core Lab Supervisor and the Medical Director, the Clinical Laboratory Technician/Medical Laboratory Technician is responsible for independently obtaining, processing and testing patient samples. The Clinical Laboratory Technician/Medical Laboratory Technician is also responsible for the general maintenance of the laboratory, all equipment and supplies. In addition, he/she must demonstrate the ability to competently perform, problem-solve and report accurately all of the established routine and complex clinical laboratory tests and procedures under general supervision.
