Full-time, Day Shift position with Gravette and Webb City Pain Clinic.  Must have active license in both AR and MO.

Job Summary: Arranges for the efficient and orderly admission of inpatients and admission of individuals who have hospital-based outpatient testing or procedures. Ensures that the patient information is collected and that patients are aware of hospital policies and procedures. Interviews incoming patient or representatives and enters information required for admission into computer database. Distributes appropriate information to ancillary departments. Participates in performance improvement and CQI activities. Responsible for dispatching security and maintenance personnel. Responsible for accurate posting of departments charges to patient accounts. Operates a multi line phone and does all paging for hospital. Responsible for cashier duties within the hospital for patients and employees. Responsible for running hospital nightly reports and delivering to proper recipients. Responsible for seeking medical records and delivering to proper areas inside and outside hospital. Responsible for handling all the referral line phone calls and documenting the information needed and faxing the information to the appropriate department. Under direction of the Laboratory Manager, the Core Lab Supervisor and the Medical Director, the Clinical Laboratory Technician/Medical Laboratory Technician is responsible for independently obtaining, processing and testing patient samples.  The Clinical Laboratory Technician/Medical Laboratory Technician is also responsible for the general maintenance of the laboratory, all equipment and supplies. In addition, he/she must demonstrate the ability to competently perform, problem-solve and report accurately all of the established routine and complex clinical laboratory tests and procedures under general supervision. He/she may assist in instructing other personnel as assigned.  He/she is able to correlate and interpret data based on knowledge of physiological conditions affecting test results, recognize problems, identify the cause, and resolve the problems.

Job Summary: Under the Direction of the Clinic Manager, provides indirect patient assistance in the office/clinic setting.  Greets and registers patients and performs customer service functions.  Verifies patient demographic and insurance information, ascertains patient needs and directs to appropriate areas of service.  Communicate with Clinic Managers to assist in development and orientation of new front office employees.

Job Summary: Responsible for coordinating the nursing care of patients presenting to Emergency Services ranging in age from pediatric to geriatric, who may present at any point on the continuum from illness/injury to wellness Performs all aspects whereby patients presenting to the Emergency Department are treated in order of priority based upon acuity of direct patient care and works with other disciplines/ancillary services in the care they provide. Under the guidance of the ER/UC Manager the ER/UC follow-up Nurse will assist the ER providers with helping patients along a needed continuum of healthcare. This is a mid shift 12 hour position  to work 11am - 11:30pm.
