Cable Tech Cable Tech Cable Tech - Full-time day position to work in IT. Springfield
Individual will be expected to perform the following duties:
- Install, terminate, and pull voice/data cable
- Connect devices and connect/terminate patch panels
- Mount faceplates and surface mount boxes correctly
- Build closets ( mount and install backboards, cross connects, rack, path panels, fiber optic and hardware)
- Use a tone set
- Identify an active voice/data circuit
- Complete service ticket paperwork accurately and timely
- Work at heights, off of a ladder, in confined spaces, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Distinguish different colors, read small print, hear and recognize audible signals such as dial tone
Preferred Experience/Skills:
- High school diploma or GED. Trade school training preferred
- 2 years of experience preferred
- Valid driving record with satisfactory driving record
- Professional appearance
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Ability to interpret and correctly fill out work orders
- Ability to positively interact with co-workers
- Biomed, mechanical or electrical experience strongly preferred
Work Hours;
- Monday – Friday 8:00 – 5:00
- Occasional after hours or weekend hours may be required

Emergency Medicine Physician Full-Time or PRN Springfield
Ozarks Community Hospital in Springfield, Missouri has an immediate opening for a full-time or PRN physician in the emergency department, a level IV trauma unit seeing approximately 15,000 patients a year. Candidates must be either board certified or have experience in emergency medicine. HK Tech II (Floor Tech) - Springfield HK Tech II (Floor Tech) HK Tech II (Floor Tech) - Full-time evening position to work in Housekeeping. Springfield
| Job Summary: Under the direction of the Housekeeping Manager. This position is responsible for the general cleanliness of the facility. This person is also responsible for the safety and security of the physical plant, visitors, staff and patients. The areas encompassed will include laundry, linen, housekeeping, general plant maintenance and safety rounds. This position requires customer service skills and good communication. Communicates with housekeeping manager to assist in development and orientation of new employees. This position may require additional training when necessary.

HR Generalist Full time Springfield
Responsible for a variety of Human Resources tasks and issues including staffing, employee relations, orientation, and employee development. Serves as a resource person for department managers and employees. Advises both managers and employees on OCH policy.
Examples of Job Duties:
- Recruits prospective employees for all vacant positions in MO locations
- Coordinates the new hire process for prospective employees. Communicates with the Department Manager throughout the process. Utilizes the assistance of the Human Resources Assistant for this process.
- Maintains compensation charts and makes pay offers to prospective employees and transfer employees.
- Tracks and prompts submission of paperwork for employee files. Ensures that the necessary paperwork has been completed for any changes regarding OCH employees. Ensures that forms have been approved by Administration as appropriate.
- Enters data into the payroll system and runs reports as needed from the payroll and other systems.
- Works with HR Director to conduct investigations and carry out disciplinary actions as needed.
- Develops and conducts training for OCH managers and employees as needed.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field. At least one (1) year experience in Human Resources or related field preferred.

Medical Lab Tech Full-time Springfield
Under direction of the Laboratory Manager, the Core Lab Supervisor and the Medical Director, the Clinical Laboratory Technician/Medical Laboratory Technician is responsible for independently obtaining, processing and testing patient samples. The Clinical Laboratory Technician/Medical Laboratory Technician is also responsible for the general maintenance of the laboratory, all equipment and supplies. In addition, he/she must demonstrate the ability to competently perform, problem-solve and report accurately all of the established routine and complex clinical laboratory tests and procedures under general supervision. He/she may assist in instructing other personnel as assigned. He/she is able to correlate and interpret data based on knowledge of physiological conditions affecting test results, recognize problems, identify the cause, and resolve the problems.

Specimen Processor - Full-time Springfield Specimen Processor Specimen Processor - Full-time position to work in the Laboratory. Springfield
POSITION SUMMARY:
Under direction of the Laboratory Manager and technical direction of the Core Lab Supervisor, the Specimen Processor is responsible for independently obtaining and processing specimens and contributing to the general operation of the laboratory. The Specimen Processor must demonstrate skills in obtaining specimens from all age groups serviced utilizing a variety of blood collection devices and safety devices. He/she must also demonstrate good clerical skills, computer skills in data entry and communication skills with patients, coworkers, and other departments. The Specimen Processor may also be required to collect specimens from patients in local nursing homes. This position is also responsible for specimen processing of samples sent to approved reference labs and other lab departments.

Under the Direction of the Materials Manager, this position is responsible for activities associated with co-coordinating and maintaining sound and accurate storeroom physical on-hand inventory. This position is responsible for supplying the hospital with medical and non-medical supplies. Must have customer service skills and good communication.
