Ozarks Community Hospital (OCH) is a healthcare system headquartered in Springfield, Missouri, serving patients throughout southwest Missouri and northwest Arkansas. Since 2000, the organization has grown from a single hospital facility with 50 employees to a health system encompassing two hospitals and 14 clinics with more than 800 employees.
