OCH Christian County Clinic continues its efforts to support the healthiest county in Missouri by adding three family nurse practitioners, expanding therapy services, and opening the area’s first autism clinic of its kind. Christian County Clinic has added the following family nurse practitioners.

Ozarks Community Hospital of Gravette is expanding services to encompass a swing bed program, sleep lab, clinic specialists and additional nurse practitioners this year due to high volume in several service areas.

The Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce and Springfield Business Journal recognize OCH nurse practitioners Beverly Jo Gann and Leta Barnes as Health Care Champion honorees. Both will be celebrated at the Salute to Health Care banquet on Oct. 27 at 6 pm in Springfield.

Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR), an agency of the Department of Defense, recognized Ozarks Community Hospital (OCH) as one ofMissouri’s most supportive employers at the annual ESGR awards banquet Friday, August 26 inSt. Louis,Mo.

Ozarks Community Hospital (OCH) recently received accreditation through the Healthcare Facilities Accreditation Program (HFAP). Earlier this year, OCH participated in a rigorous review process, with evaluators from around the country assessing the facility’s policies, quality and safety standards.

Ozarks Community Hospital and clinics are offering $15 sports physicals throughout June, July and August to individuals ages 5-18 years.

As Christian County residents benefit from their recent top ranking as the healthiest county in Missouri, OCH Christian County Clinic validates a significant mark in the community for meeting the health needs of nearly 40% of these residents.

OCH expands radiology services with MRI unit onsite at Gravette hospital. Delivered Friday, February 25, the MRI is located between the hospital Emergency Room entrance and the OCH of Gravette Clinic. OCH maintenance staff are working diligently to get the MRI functional and easily accessible to patients.
