At Ozarks Community Hospital, patients are our top priority. We’re always searching for ways to improve our customer service and care; that’s we take the time to review every patient survey for feedback on our services. At OCH, we care about every visitor as an individual and work hard to ensure our patients have an enjoyable experience each time they visit.

A lot of doctors are in and out really quick. My provider answers all of my questions, treats me like a human being and talks on my level. I think it is important to have that connection between patients and providers.
