Ozarks Community Hospital in Gravette, Arkansas has immediate opening for a full-time Clinic Scheduling Coordinator.

Our facilities include a hospital located in Gravette, Arkansas and a number of satellite clinics located in Southwest Missouri and Northwest Arkansas.

Job Summary: The Clinic Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for answering multi-line telephone, triaging calls, taking messages, and scheduling appointments. The telephone operator serves as a liaison between caller, medical facilities and medical support staff. This position efficiently and actively provides excellent customer service by properly greeting, listening, assisting, directing, and closing each call. Performs appointment scheduling, rescheduling, canceling, and confirming.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One to three years’ experience as a switchboard operator preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
