Ozarks Community Hospital in Gravette, AR has an immediate opening for a full-time Patient Access Supervisor within our Admitting Department.

Job Summary: The Patient Access Supervisor will provide daily oversight of the hospital's admissions and call center teams. The supervisor will ensure the admissions team maintains a seamless patient intake process while maintaining accuracy in patient information, billing, and insurance procedures. The supervisor will also ensure that the call center team maintains a quick and seamless response to incoming calls whether routing them to the appropriate personnel or assisting patients with scheduling needs. The Supervisor will also assist with coordinating department activities, as well as developing strategies and training to enhance efficiency and patient satisfaction, and provide staffing coverage as needed. This position will report to the Director of Patient Access.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Data entry and word processing experience.
- Minimum 1 year of Healthcare Patient Access Experience (Patient registration, scheduling, or authorization functions)
