Services We Offer:
  • Outpatient Infusions
We now offer outpatient, provider-ordered infusion therapy for patients with acute and chronic conditions. This allows our patients to get the quality care they need with the flexibility of staying close to home.
  •  Ketamine Infusion Therapy
With IV ketamine infusion therapy, it’s possible to experience an improvement in your pain or mood within just a few hours after your appointment. Our doctors create a customized ketamine infusion therapy plan based on your individual needs and its effects on your pain or depression.
What is Ketamine?

Ketamine is used for treating depression, bipolar disorder, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), including post-operative and chronic pain conditions in patients 18 years and older. If you’ve tried a variety of treatments for pain or depression, but have had little success, ketamine therapy may be the solution you’re looking for. OCH offers two types of physician monitored Ketamine Therapy.

Esketamine (Spravato), a different version of ketamine, is used to treat major depressive disorder and treatment-resistant depression. This method is administered intranasally and also produces rapid, effective results. Spravato is almost always covered by insurance, including Medicare, because it is FDA approved.

You may qualify for this treatment if:

  • If you have dignosed with chronic pain.
  • If you have had failed pain treatments.
  • If you have medication intolerance that produces unrelieved pain.
  • If you have depression, bipolar disorder, or post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)
