OCH Decatur Clinic is a Rural Health Clinic located in Decatur, Arkansas. Ozarks Community Hospital acquired the RHC located at 346 N Main St, Decatur, AR 72722, formerly known as the Decatur Medi-Clinic, in August of 2024.  In continuing the mission of the previous owners — which aligns with our own, OCH looks forward to offering the Decatur community the same great health care experience and prices, while also expanding access to specialized services through our nearby hospital location.

After Hours Service Access

If you have a medical emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest Emergency Room.  The OCH ER is available 24/7/365.

OCH has a Nurse Triage Line. To access, call 479-787-5291 and ask to speak with the RN after hours triage nurse. The operator will page for the triage nurse, who will follow up with you directly.
