The Cardiopulmonary department in Springfield offers services to provide the highest quality care to patients with respiratory, cardiac, and sleep issues. OCH staff of skilled therapists and sleep technicians serves a diverse population of patients, and are supported by advanced diagnostic and therapeutic equipment.
Services provided by Cardiopulmonary include, but are not limited to:
- Pulmonary Lung Function Testing
- 24 & 48 hour Holter Monitoring
- Electrocardiograms
- Sleep Services, to include MSLT, MWT, HST, and PSG testing.
All sleep referrals should first be referred to Board Certified Sleep Specialist, Dr. Brian Kim for consult, prior to scheduling of testing. Fax referrals to 417-823-2982.

Gravette Services
The Cardiopulmonary Department at OCH of Gravette provides the highest quality respiratory care to patients with breathing problems to both inpatient and outpatient patients. OCH staff of skilled therapists serves a diverse population of patients, and are supported by advanced diagnostic and therapeutic equipment.
The outpatient services offered by the Cardiopulmonary department include the following:
- Consult for sleep study
- PFT Level I
- PFT Level II
- Electrocardiogram
- Blood Gas Analysis
- 24 & 48 hour Holter Monitoring
