About our Geriatric Day Program

Purpose
The program aims to address behavioral challenges with the support of our Psychiatric NP.
Solutions
We assist patients dealing with depression, anger, attention-seeking behaviors, and isolation tendencies.

Key Benefits
  • Therapy Provided
    Participants can receive PT, OT, and ST if needed (not duplicating services from the nursing home).
  • Group and Individual Sessions
    Daily activities include group therapy and weekly individual meetings with our Psychiatric NP.
  • Meals and Snacks
    Lunch, drinks, and snacks are provided during the program

Days and Hours
Twice a week from 10 AM to 2 PM.

Our facility will work side by side to ensure transportation needs are met

Eligibility

Capacity
We can accommodate up to 10 patients. 

Accessibility
Patients in wheelchairs are welcome, but they should be able to transfer independently (no hoyer lifts).
